Diffusione
È endemica del Massif de la Hotte, Haiti. I suoi habitat naturali sono grotte calcaree e fessure nella foresta umida e chiusa ad un'altitudine di 300-760 m slm. È una specie moderatamente comune ma minacciata dalla perdita dell'habitat . La specie si trova nel Parco Nazionale Pic Macaya , ma non esiste una gestione attiva per la conservazione e la perdita di habitat continua nel parco.
